About Your Teachers

John (E-RYT-200, YACEP) and Kristina (RYT-500) are a husband and wife duo who met through their shared passion of yoga and service. They are ecstatic to bridge that passion into their community offerings in a new way through this retreat. Costanoa has been their own personal retreat for years and they are SO excited to share it with you!

Guests can choose from a range of accommodations from cozy tent cabins to lodge rooms with a view. Retreat pricing of $408-$608* pp includes the following:

Special Guest Alexa teaching Acro-Play

Have you wanted to try Acro-Yoga but don’t know where to start? Alexa (RYT-200) has been teaching and assisting Acro-Yoga for years all over the Bay. Acro-Play is an all levels, 45 minute workshop to try some beginners poses in a safe and collaborative space.

Cypress Tent Cabins: electric blankets, queen bed, views of nature. The true glamping experience. The beds are nice and cozy, but please note that you will be in the great outdoors about one minute (or less) walk to the glamorous comfort stations (with bathrooms, showers, sauna and fireplace). Please note: bathrooms are in the comfort stations. Couples, Shared and Solo Options Available.

Douglas Fir Cabins: 1/2 bath: Cozy cabins with a 1/2 bath and fireplace in the room and comfort stations with showers and sauna a few steps away. Couples, Shared and Solo Options Available.

Lodge Double: extra warm and cozy in the Costanoa lodge with full bath. The spa is down the hall and the hot tub right outside. Saunas are a short walk away in nearby comfort stations. Couples, Shared and Solo Options Available.

Lodge King View: cozy lodge room with a view, fireplace and patio to take in the fresh Pescadero air. Full in-room bathroom, spa nearby in the lodge and hot tub right outside. Saunas are a short walk away in nearby comfort stations. Couples, Shared and Solo Options Available.

Lodge King Premium (depending on availability - added fee may apply): Live it up with a deep soaking tub, fireplace and large patio to take in the fresh Pescadero air. In-room bathroom, spa nearby in the lodge and hot tub right outside. Saunas are a short walk away in nearby comfort stations. Couples, Shared and Solo Options Available.
